About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for Pharma / Medical Devices / Healthcare roles and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups for closures
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Pharma / Medical Devices / Healthcare hiring preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
