We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in technical hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various technology roles while ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of IT skills, sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT/Technology positions.
- Understand technical requirements from hiring managers and align sourcing strategy accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social platforms, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical fitment, communication, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and pipeline reports.
- Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams for offer rollout and onboarding activities.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of IT/Technical skills and hiring terminology.
- Experience in hiring for technologies such as .NET, Java, QA, DevOps, PHP, Node.js, Product, Support, etc.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience working on recruitment portals and ATS systems.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
