Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Support Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for support roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for support and operational roles
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Perform reference checks and assist with background verification processes
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and key hiring metrics
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1-2 years Strong understanding of recruitment processes, especially for support hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
