Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our B2B sales team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting in crafting tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify B2B leads
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, tech) for customized solutions
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain CRM data and track client interactions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or B2B sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
- Ability to understand technical or product-related concepts (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS / IT / Tech-based products (if applicable)
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
