The role involves being the first point of contact for prospective buyers and ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to site visit.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and generate site visit opportunities
- Manage walk-in clients and ensure a professional and welcoming experience at the sales office
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and follow-ups
- Provide accurate project information and address customer queries
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion
- Maintain reception area standards and guest handling protocols
- Assist in organizing site visits, events, and customer engagement activities
