Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales & Guest Relations Executive to manage inbound leads, handle client interactions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves being the first point of contact for prospective buyers and ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to site visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and generate site visit opportunities
  • Manage walk-in clients and ensure a professional and welcoming experience at the sales office
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and follow-ups
  • Provide accurate project information and address customer queries
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion
  • Maintain reception area standards and guest handling protocols
  • Assist in organizing site visits, events, and customer engagement activities
Key Skills Required
