Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our B2B sales team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting in crafting tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify B2B leads
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
  • Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, tech) for customized solutions
  • Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain CRM data and track client interactions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
  • Ability to understand technical or product-related concepts (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS / IT / Tech-based products (if applicable)
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
