Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience in administration, facilities, and travel management, preferably in a corporate setup.
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, housekeeping, and travel coordination.
Skills And Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation.
- Familiarity with travel management systems and hotel booking platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage housekeeping, pantry, and front office staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Plan and execute office space management, seating arrangements, and layout adjustments.
Facility Management
- Monitor and manage the upkeep of office premises, ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance with statutory norms.
Travel and Hotel Management
- Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient travel solutions.
- Oversee hotel bookings for employees, guests, and external stakeholders, ensuring comfort and adherence to company policies.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to facilities, travel, and administration.
- Maintain proper documentation for vendor contracts, service agreements, and travel records.
- Conduct regular audits of administrative processes and records.
