Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientedBusiness Development Executiveto drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships for our Advertising/Digital Marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, proactive, and skilled in building strategic connections to generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and personal connections.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients within relevant industries.
  • Develop compellingpitch decks and presentationsto effectively present agency services to prospective clients.
  • Lead and participate in client pitches, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterlyrevenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and digital marketing teams) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage and guide small teams when required to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics to ensure business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 14 years of experience inBusiness Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in an Advertising or Digital Marketing agency.
  • StrongLinkedIn networking presenceand ability to leverage personal databases for lead generation.
  • Proven ability tobuild and deliver impactful pitch decks and presentations.
  • Excellentbusiness communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving numbers.
  • Basicteam handling and coordination skills.
  • Highlyagile, proactive, and self-motivatedwith the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to identify new market opportunities.
