Job Title: Executive / Analyst – Mutual Fund Operations

Location: Delhi

Department: Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MBA (Finance) graduate to join our Mutual Fund Operations team. The role involves handling day-to-day operational activities related to mutual fund transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process mutual fund transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, and switches

· Handle investor onboarding including KYC and documentation verification

· Reconcile transaction records and resolve discrepancies

· Coordinate with AMC, RTA, and custodians for smooth operations

· Maintain accurate records of client transactions and portfolios

· Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI)

· Generate MIS reports and operational dashboards

· Address client queries related to transactions and account status

Eligibility Criteria:

· MBA in Finance (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience)

· Strong understanding of financial markets and mutual funds

· Basic knowledge of KYC norms and regulatory requirements

Required Skills:

· Strong analytical and numerical skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of mutual fund platforms (CAMS, KFintech, etc.)

· NISM Certification (Mutual Fund Distributor/Operations)

· Familiarity with NAV calculation and fund accounting
