Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an Executive – Payroll & Compliance who will be primarily responsible for Full & Final (F&F) settlements, and support in payroll processing & statutory compliance as per labor laws. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of payroll practices, statutory deductions, and employee exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities

Full & Final (F&F) Settlement

  • Manage end-to-end Full & Final settlement processing for employees exiting the organization
  • Calculate gratuity, leave encashment, notice pay recovery, incentives, and other applicable dues
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely closure of F&F settlements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory timelines

Payroll & Compliance

  • Support monthly payroll processing and payroll verification activities
  • Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable labor laws
  • Assist during statutory audits, inspections, and internal audit processes

Employee Data & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate employee records and F&F-related documentation
  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions, statutory benefits, and F&F settlements
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of payroll information

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Experience Requirements:
  • Executive: 1–3 years
  • Senior Executive: 3–5 years (preferred)
  • Prior experience in payroll processing and Full & Final settlements is mandatory

Skills & Competencies

  • Practical experience in F&F calculations
  • Good knowledge of payroll operations and statutory compliance
  • Understanding of labor laws and payroll best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software/tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
