Going Out is a social networking platform and experiential event company based in Delhi, India. It functions as a community-driven app designed to help users make new friends, find dates, and attend curated local meetups.

This role is for someone who loves people, conversations, and being at the center of social energy. You will be responsible for building relationships with

hosts, venues, and community leaders, and helping shape how social experiences are created in Delhi-NCR.

1. Community & Host Partnerships

· Identify and onboard:

o Event hosts

o Meetup organizers

o Café / restro-bar partners

o Social & cultural communities

· Personally meet hosts and explain the platform vision.

· Build long-term relationships (not one-time listings).

2. Image Generation / Creative Assistance:

· Develop social media graphics, event promotions, campaign visuals, presentations, and branded content using AI design platforms.

· Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure visual consistency

· Stay informed about emerging AI content creation technologies and best practices.

· Manage image libraries and content assets for community and partnership initiatives.

3. On-ground Social Experiences:

· Coordinate and support curated social events (e.g., group blind dates, social tables, meetups)

· Be present during key events to ensure smooth execution

· Collect real-time feedback from participants and hosts

· Understand host pain points and concerns

· Share insights directly with the founder to influence product direction

4. Community Growth:

· Focus on quality hosts, not mass onboarding

· Help build a trusted, curated ecosystem in Delhi NCR

· Assist in creating early community loyalty.

Key Skills:

· Are extroverted, confident, and socially sharp.

· Event Planning.

· Are comfortable walking into cafés, bars, studios, and co-working spaces.

· Can hold intelligent, friendly conversations with strangers.

· Understand Delhi NCR's social and nightlife culture.

· Hands on MS Excel and Google sheets.

· Have worked in:

o Event management

o Hospitality

o Community building

o Club promotions

o Startups or social brands (preferred, not mandatory).

Qualification & Desired Exeprience:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in community building, Events Management, Business Development etc and Knowledge of Graphic designing, Basic computer skills for

report.

· Ability to lead, discipline, and motivate the team.

· Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.

· Experience managing online communities and engagement platforms.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills.

· Strong leadership and decision-making skills

· Good communication and reporting skills

· High level of alertness and attention to detail

· Ability to remain calm during emergencies

· Understanding of workplace safety and emergency response

· 5 days working (Mon-Sat) | Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
