Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive - Creator Partnerships to manage influencer

collaborations and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible

for identifying suitable influencers, coordinating campaign execution, maintaining influencer

relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with influencers, and talent managers for ongoing campaign execution.
• Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and brand requirements with influencers.
• Manage influencer communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Collect content drafts and coordinate with internal teams for approvals and feedback.
• Ensure all influencer content adheres to campaign guidelines and client expectations.
• Track content status, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
• Monitor live campaign execution and verify content publication across platforms.
• Maintain campaign trackers, influencer deliverable sheets, and execution reports.
• Collect post links, performance insights, and campaign metrics from influencers.
• Prepare campaign completion reports and share updates with internal stakeholders.
• Manage influencer invoices, payment documents, and closure formalities.
• Resolve execution-related issues, delays, or content revisions during campaign delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure smooth future collaborations.
• Stay updated on platform policies, content formats, and influencer marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or a similar
• role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
