We're seeking a proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to drive impactful collaborations and expand our community reach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and engage influencers across relevant platforms.
• Build and nurture relationships with both existing and new influencers.
• Secure partnerships via barter or paid collaborations, handling negotiations and formal agreements.
• Actively track and respond to DMs on our brand page to identify potential barter collabs.
• Connect with loyal/repeat customers to gather authentic brand testimonials.
• Maintain a well-organized database of all influencers and ongoing collaborations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for influencers—resolving queries, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth campaign execution.
• Stay up to date with influencer trends, platforms, and emerging content creators.
• Define performance metrics, assess campaign success, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to improve influencer outreach and effectiveness.
• Participate in relevant events to grow the network and support business goals.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer dynamics across social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Creative problem-solver with a pulse on industry trends.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and disclosure guidelines.
Work from office
Location - Sohna Road, Gurgaon, sector 47
Shift - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
