Influencer Marketing Executive

About the Role 

The Influencer Marketing Executive will lead end-to-end creator partnerships to build brand awareness and drive adoption of Ultimutt's doorstep grooming services. You will identify and collaborate with top influencers to produce engaging, high-converting content across social platforms. By managing everything from briefing and negotiations to campaign execution and performance tracking, you will play a key role in scaling Ultimutt's customer acquisition. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Creator Discovery & Vetting: Identify and build a robust pipeline of relevant macro, micro, and nano-influencers
• Outreach & Relationship Management: Lead end-to-end communication from initial pitch and negotiations to contract finalization and long-term creator relationship management.
• Briefing & Strategy: Draft clear, high-converting creative briefs that articulate our core value propositions while allowing creators room for authentic storytelling.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring timely content delivery, brand guideline compliance
• Reporting & Optimization: Track, measure, and analyze performance across metrics

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands on experience in running influencer marketing and managing campaigns
• Location: Gurgaon (WFO)
• Core Skills: Deep understanding of content,Influencer ecosystem and social media platforms
• Execution & Ownership: Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, manage multiple deadlines
