Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries.

2) Conduct initial contact with potential customers via phone and email.

3) Schedule and arrange online demo sessions with customers, ensuring the use of effective screen sharing tools.

4) Conduct comprehensive and engaging product demonstrations tailored to the client's needs.

5) Understand customer requirements and address their questions and concerns effectively.

6) Build strong and lasting relationships with potential clients.

7) Guide customers through the sales process, providing consistent follow-up and support.

8) Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of leads.

9) Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

10) Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
