Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Make 60+ connected calls per day and schedule 20+ demos daily.
- Understand customer pain points and position AI solutions to address their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, and leadership teams to align on strategy and execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 23 years of experience in B2B SaaS, IT product, or AI solution sales.
- Proven experience selling to IT services, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical and AI concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Performance Indicators (Success Metrics):
- Consistent monthly deal closures.
- High demo-to-conversion ratio.
- Positive customer feedback and repeat inquiries.
