Role Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT/software services
  • Bid on projects through platforms likeUpwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Write strong and customised proposals for client requirements
  • Handle client communication via chat, email, and calls
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Promote company services on platforms like LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
  • Maintain lead data and sales reports

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of business development experience.
  • Hands-on experience withonline bidding platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal English)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and lead generation techniques
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
  • Basic understanding of web/app development services (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
