Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Reporting To: Managing Director

Experience: 26 years

Education: B.Com from a regular college is mandatory

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Compensation: Upto 6 lpa

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director by handling day-to-day administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. The role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director's schedule, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Follow up on pending work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts as required.
  • Organize meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.
  • Maintain records, files, and important documents.
  • Support in project tracking and daily office operations.
  • Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a regular college is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Salary Package upto 6 lpa.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Well-organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Professional, polite, and proactive in managing work.
