Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in managing daily operations, communication, and execution of key priorities.

Location: Delhi (NCR) – On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support day-to-day business operations

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Founder's Office
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High ownership and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with founders or senior leadership
  • Background in finance / consulting / NBFC
