Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in managing daily operations, communication, and execution of key priorities.
Location: Delhi (NCR) – On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, meetings, and travel schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support day-to-day business operations
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Founder's Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with founders or senior leadership
- Background in finance / consulting / NBFC
