Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional Executive Assistant to support the Executive Chairman in managing key administrative, communication, and coordination functions. The role requires a high level of discretion, multi-tasking ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple business-related projects as assigned by the Chairman
- Coordinate calendar, travel, meetings, and schedules for the Chairman, internal teams, business partners, and clients
- Ensure thorough preparation of Chairman for meetings, presentations, and engagements
- Handle administrative tasks including call management, file maintenance, corporate record keeping, note-taking, and documentation
- Manage personal and financial matters confidentially
- Prepare and dispatch business and private correspondence
- Oversee Chairmans office operations, including reception, document preparation, and internal communication
- Draft, read, and route correspondence; collect and analyze data
- Maintain filing and retrieval systems; record and summarize meeting discussions
- Complete special assignments by setting goals, managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and tracking progress
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in drafting formal letters (especially for government correspondence)
- Strong coordination and report-collation skills
- Comfortable with liasioning and multitasking
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible with work hours and responsibilities
- Preferably based in South Delhi, with good knowledge of Delhi geography
- Must have own conveyance
