Role Overview

We are hiring a smart, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant who can work directly with our Founder to streamline priorities, manage his time effectively, and drive execution of key initiatives. This role is for someone who thrives in high-speed environments, is business-savvy, and can influence outcomes without authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Founder's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, travels and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key action items.
• Draft executive-level communication, presentations, and briefing notes.
• Identify gaps, anticipate needs, and proactively offer solutions.
• Drive initiatives and ensure progress on critical priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Be a point of contact for investor, media, and partner engagements as required.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of relevant experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar operational/strategic role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Business understanding you can hold your ground in strategic conversations.

• Strong project management and follow-up skills.

• High ownership mindset gets work done with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency Excel, Google Suite, and project management tools.

• Dynamic, resourceful, and someone who knows how to get things done.
