Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a strong academic background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced and demanding schedule.

This role requires complete discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with high efficiency and integrity. The candidate must be comfortable working under pressure, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar and Schedule Management

  • Manage the CEO's daily calendar, including meetings, calls, travel, and appointments.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure optimal time management for the CEO / Leadership Team.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.

2. Communication and Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

3. Strategic and Administrative Support

  • Support the CEO in preparing business reports, presentations, and analytics for key meetings.
  • Track key deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in project tracking and coordination with department heads.

4. Travel and Logistics Management

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure all logistics are handled smoothly to support the CEO's tight schedule.

5. Confidentiality and Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and represent the CEO's office with credibility and grace.

6. Availability and Responsiveness

  • Be available 24/7 to handle urgent requirements, schedule changes, or crisis management.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support the CEO across different time zones when required.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university/college.
  • Prior experience working closely with C-suite executives in a fast-paced organization.

Exposure to corporate strategy or business operations will be an added advantage
