Job Summary
Location: Bangalore (On-site, Warehouse HQ)
Experience: 4–8 years (consulting, operations, analytics, or Chief of Staff/EA roles)
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
What You'll Do
• Protect the COO's strategic and deep work time — manage calendars with precision, ensuring focus on high-leverage tasks.
• Own meeting hygiene: prepare agendas, capture minutes (using tools like Fathom/Fireflies), record action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Drive accountability: track departmental commitments, escalate risks early, and ensure project owners deliver as planned.
• Manage information flow: act as the central bridge between the COO, Founder's Office, and functional heads — ensuring clarity, speed, and alignment.
• Oversee OKRs and Reviews: track company and departmental OKRs, prepare weekly review decks, conduct leadership review meetings, and maintain momentum through structured execution.
• Ensure discipline and precision: manage dashboards, analytics, and reports using tools like Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Zoho/ClickUp.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects: ensure every project has a clear owner, timeline, and measurable output.
• Operate with discretion, urgency, and high energy: maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest professional standards in communication.
What We're Looking For
• Sharp thinkers with hustle and structure — detail-oriented yet strategic in approach.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, analytics, or executive support roles (experience in manufacturing, logistics, or operation heavy business preferred).
• Strong analytical and technical proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and digital tools for automation and reporting. • Obsession with detail, follow-through, and systems thinking.
• High energy, low ego, extreme ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; crisp, structured, and proactive communicator.
