We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executives and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives schedules and organize meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Assist in project management and follow up on tasks.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role (3-4 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
