THE ROLE
At Hunger Inc. Hospitality, we're more than just a group of restaurantswe're a dynamic and innovative team. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the glue that keeps it all together. You'll work directly with our Founders, HR, Operations, Marketing, and all the other departments across our six brands, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. From supporting the Founders with their day-to-day needs to manage key administrative tasks, you'll play a vital role in keeping everything running like clockwork. Whether it's coordinating meetings, handling travel logistics, or managing documents, your organizational skills will be the backbone of our fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

WHO YOU ARE
You're not just an Executive Assistantyou're the right hand to our Founders and a key player in the growth and success of our brands. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and are no stranger to managing complex schedules, organizing events, and handling sensitive information. Your communication skills, both in English and Hindi, are top-notch, and you're comfortable liaising with people at all levels, from team members to external suppliers. Whether it's booking travel for a busy team or ensuring compliance with the latest regulations, you handle it all with grace and precision.

You're the type of person who can keep everything organized while staying calm under pressure. You understand the importance of being discreet with confidential information and are able to manage multiple projects at once without missing a beat. You also know that in a startup, every day is differentso flexibility and a can-do attitude are key.

YOUR TEAM
You'll work closely with the Founders, HR, Operations, Marketing, and all the leaders across our brands. You won't just be executing tasks; you'll be supporting the team in a way that makes everyone's job easier and the business run more smoothly. Whether it's coordinating a meeting with an external partner, setting up travel for a key team member, or helping create a presentation for the Founders, you'll be the one who ensures everything is done efficiently and professionally.

You'll also be the point of contact for a variety of internal teams and external vendors. This means you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with a wide range of people and make sure all the moving pieces come together seamlessly.

WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO
You'll report directly to the Founders, making you a key support player in their daily operations. You'll also work closely with the leadership team across various departments to keep communication flowing and ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Administrative Support: You'll manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the Founders, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.

  • Team Coordination: You'll be the central point of contact for various departments, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination on ongoing projects.

  • Compliance and Documentation: You'll assist in the application and renewal of licenses, track expense reports, manage purchase orders, and maintain accurate vendor registration forms.

  • Event and Workshop Coordination: From team workshops to external events, you'll be responsible for making sure everything is organized and runs smoothly.

  • Reports & Presentations: You'll help the Founders prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials to keep everyone on the same page.

  • Confidentiality & Discretion: You'll handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's Degree: A relevant undergraduate degree is preferred.

  • Experience: 510 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment or within hospitality.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.

  • Organization: You're a master of managing multiple priorities, calendars, and deadlines, with impeccable attention to detail.

  • Discretion: You understand the importance of confidentiality and can be trusted with sensitive information.

  • Adaptable & Proactive: You thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and are comfortable with ambiguity. You can pivot quickly and take initiative to solve problems before they arise.

  • Problem Solver: Able to anticipate needs and handle issues as they arise, whether it's a last-minute scheduling change or a document that needs immediate attention.

  • Vendor & Supplier Relations: Comfortable liaising with external suppliers, vendors, and contractors, and maintaining positive working relationships.
