Department: Office of the DirectorLocation: GurgoanR eporting To: Dire ctor Position Overvie wT he Execu tive Assi stant (EA) will serve as the right hand to the Director, providing strategic, administrative, and operational support across all business functions. This role demands a high level of discretion, judgment, and business acumen. The EA will act as a bridge between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring that the Director's office runs efficiently and decisions are executed seamlessly.Key Resp o nsibili ti es1. Execut ive & Adm inistrative Support Manage the Dire ctor's calendar, prioritize appointments, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate complex travel itineraries. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and supporting documents to ensure the Director is always informed and prepared. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Director. Handle confiden tial information with integrity and professionalism.2. Strate gic Coord ination Support the Dir ector in tracking key business initiatives, projects, and decisions to ensure follow-up and timely execution. Maintain an ove rview of business priorities and deadlines, proactively flagging issues that require attention. Coordinate with heads of departments to monitor progress on strategic and operational goals. Conduct researc h and compile analytical briefs for meetings, pitches, or new opportunities.3. Commun ication & Liaison Serve as a prim ary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, investors, government agencies, and partners. Draft and vet c ommunications (emails, letters, statements, etc.) ensuring clarity, tone, and alignment with the Director's intent. Represent the D irector professionally in meetings and interactions when required.4. Operat ional Man agement Oversee the smo oth functioning of the Director's office, including budgeting, resource planning, and administrative processes. Manage special projects assigned by the Directorranging from corporate events to high-level negotiationsensuring timely delivery and attention to detail. Track and manag e key documents, approvals, and compliance-related requirements for the Director's office.5. Analyt ical & De cision Support Prepare busines s summaries, MIS reports, and key performance dashboards for the Director's review. Analyze busines s data, trends, and reports to support decision-making. Provide insight s and recommendations on operational efficiency and resource optimization.6. Leader ship & Te am Coordination Liaise with dep artment heads to ensure alignment on priorities and escalate issues that require senior intervention. Coordinate exec utive-level meetings (Board, Strategy, Review) including agenda setting, minute-taking, and action tracking. Supervise junio r staff or office coordinators reporting to the Director's office, ensuring standards of professionalism and confidentiality are maintained.Required Qualifi ca tions Bachelor's or M aster's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 510 years of e xperience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar leadership support role. Excellent writt en and verbal communication skills. Strong command over Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.Preferre d Attrib ut es Business acumen and understanding of financial and operational metrics. Strong organiza tional and time management skills with a proactive mindset. A collaborative yet assertive personality capable of influencing without authority. Attention to de tail while maintaining a big-picture understanding of the organization's goals.
