Job Title: Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Manage email communications and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems
Assist in project tracking, data analysis, and preparation of MIS reports
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth business operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: 35 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
