Job Description

Urgent Hiring || Executive Assistant || Delhi

Position: Executive Assistant

Experience: Min 1 - 4 years

Budget: Between 4 - 6 LPA (depend on the interview)

Location: Okhla Phase 1

Working Hour 9:30am 6pm (1&3 Saturday off)

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Strategic Support.

Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and priority schedules.

Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, and summaries for key meetings.

Assist in strategic planning, research, and preparation of business proposals.

Business Coordination.

Act as a coordination point between the Founder and internal departments.

Monitor ongoing projects and maintain status updates for leadership review.

Support business planning, new initiatives, and internal projects.

Analyse business data and prepare structured reports for decision-making.

Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for management review.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Draft professional emails, communication notes, and internal updates.

Coordinate with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.

Ensure effective communication flow between leadership and teams.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Business documentation

Qualification & Experience:

B. Tech in Engineering (preferred)

MBA degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 university is preferred

1-4 years of experience in executive support, strategy, consulting or business

Experience working closely with leadership or founders will be an advantage
