How will you make an impact in this role

This role would be a part of AIM (GCS Marketing) India team, based out of Gurgaon (Sector 74A AEIC). The candidate would be responsible for supporting 2 VP's and their teams administratively. These two VPs would be VP AIM GCS Marketing India and VP Insights & Analytics (Onboarding Capabilities, CBE India). The CBE team is based out of DLF Cyberhub Building 5 office.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and coordinating the employee culture initiatives.
  • Day to day functioning/administrative work: Organize travel arrangements and processing/reconciling travel expenses schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Responsibility for the leaders, Calendar Management and coordinating with US teams for scheduling the meetings.
  • Independently handle routine affairs, referral to concerned functions and follow up through closure
  • Schedule and manage Calendar, Team Huddles, other internal & external meeting
  • Coordinate and organize Town halls, Team Huddle, Drives, Competitions, Offsite, Operational meetings within the department
  • Trigger Employee's birthday & anniversary and any other Events.
  • Administration & Accounting Negotiation with hotels to AMEX advantage.
  • Manage and prepare In-Town & Out-Town TEV's Reimbursements, Department Budget management and reconciliation, Corporate Card Statements, Banking statements and payments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably with an experience of 2-3 Years
  • Ability to coordinate and function in a team environment comprising managers, team members and external clients and foster good working relationships in and across groups.
  • High level of proficiency using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as internal AXP (or related) tools and systems - Including Webex, MS Outlook, Concur, Stream, Oracle, One Drive.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good Interpersonal Skills to communicate with various counterparts based Locally as well as in the US and Other Countries.
  • Must Be Able to Work Under Minimal Direction in Evaluating Needs and Requirements for

Training

  • Experienced Decision-Making Skills, Demonstrating Ability to Prioritize Tasks, Evaluate Problems, Etc.
  • Good Communication Skills Both Written and Oral
