Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Golden I, Techzone 4, Greater Noida West, UP
Work Model: Onsite
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 5 days a week
Employment Type: Contract, 6 Months
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-ownership Executive Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to support the CEO in managing daily priorities, communication flow, and operational coordination.
This role is not just calendar management. It is about enabling leadership efficiency, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring structured execution across functions.
If you are organized, sharp, and proactive, this role puts you right at the center of decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and priorities
Coordinate internal and external meetings with structured follow-ups
Draft and manage professional emails, communication, and basic documentation
Track action items, commitments, and deadlines across teams
Coordinate with department heads, clients, and external stakeholders as required
Manage domestic travel arrangements, bookings, itineraries, and logistics
Maintain confidential records, reports, and documentation
Prepare summaries, notes, and basic reports for leadership review
Support with ad-hoc strategic and operational tasks
Required Qualifications:
Maximum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar leadership support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
Comfortable working onsite in the 12 PM to 9 PM shift
