Salary Range: 30,000 40,000 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable and execution-focused Executive Assistant to the Founder. The role involves managing daily priorities, ensuring strong follow-ups, and enabling smooth coordination across teams to support leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and schedules
Track delegated tasks and ensure timely completion with clear follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Draft emails, maintain trackers, and organize documentation
Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Founder's office
Key Requirements
36 years experience in an EA / Admin / Coordination role
Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills (critical requirement)
Strong command over English (written and verbal)
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Word
High reliability, discretion, and ownership mindset
Based within practical commuting distance and open to a long-term role
