Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Director
Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi (with frequent travel)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal teams and departments on behalf of the MD
- Handle official messages, emails, and communication
- Track performance, follow-ups, and task completion across teams
- Assist in performance management and reporting
- Support the MD in daily planning, scheduling, and execution
- Travel with the MD for meetings, reviews, and official visits as required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Experience & Qualifications- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- 14 years of experience as EA / Executive Coordinator / similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible working hours
Preferred Skills- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
