Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Handle professional email and phone communications
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking
  • Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant is preferred

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 13 years of relevant EA / PA experience
  • Immediate to short notice joiners (030 days) preferred
