We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Handle professional email and phone communications
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and official documents
- Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant is preferred
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of relevant EA / PA experience
- Immediate to short notice joiners (030 days) preferred
