Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle executive communication including emails, calls, and correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations for leadership.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation of important information.
  • Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports and track reimbursements.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitor tasks and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
