Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Artwork Development Executive responsible for creating, modifying, and managing packaging artworks in line with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and print specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt packaging artworks for labels, cartons, and flexible packaging
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging, and Printers)
- Review and proof artworks for accuracy (content, color, layout, legal text)
- Manage artwork version control and approvals
- Work on amendments, language adaptations, and market-specific changes
- Liaise with print vendors to ensure artwork feasibility and print readiness
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in artwork development/packaging design
- Good with communication
- Understanding of printing processes (flexo, gravure, offset)
- Knowledge of packaging materials and artwork specifications
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
