This role is responsible to prepare, review, and manage packaging artwork in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely implementation of changes.
Work Experience: 2 - 4 yrs experience in Pharmaceutical /Nutraceutical / packaging / regulatory environment. Experience in handling regulated market artworks.
Qualifcations: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B Pharm / Life Sciences
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and revise packaging artwork (cartons, labels, leaflets, foils) in line with regulatory guidelines FSSAI / DRUG
- Ensure accuracy of product information such as composition, dosage, warnings, batch details, and statutory text
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, QA, Production, Packaging, Marketing, Legal and external vendors for artwork development and approvals
- Manage artwork lifecycle including version control, archival, and retrieval
- Implement artwork changes arising from regulatory updates, product changes, or change controls
- Review vendor proofs and ensure compliance before final approval for printing
- Ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory and labeling requirements
- Maintain artwork records as per data integrity and documentation practices
- Ensure timelines are met for new product launches and change implementations
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI and Drug labeling regulations and packaging requirements
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good understanding of printing processes and packaging materials
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of change control and document management systems
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects
