  • Manage office and vendor calls
  • Handle asset management, including purchase and repairs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings
  • Manage courier services
  • Oversee security services across all locations
  • Supervise housekeeping and pantry operations
  • Coordinate with finance for approvals related to assets, pantry, and housekeeping

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
