Job Description:
- Manage office and vendor calls
- Handle asset management, including purchase and repairs
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings
- Manage courier services
- Oversee security services across all locations
- Supervise housekeeping and pantry operations
- Coordinate with finance for approvals related to assets, pantry, and housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Basic understanding of payroll, PF, and ESI
