Private Wealth Management
Across Private Wealth Management, Goldman Sachs helps empower clients and customers around the world to reach their financial goals. Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees.
Equity Structuring
The Equity Structuring team is a cross-asset derivatives structuring team within the Private Wealth Management division. We partner with advisors and investment teams to structure and execute derivative-based investment solutions and timely market content for our clients, leveraging the firm's trading capabilities and market views.
We are seeking an Associate focused on structured investment ideation and client content creation. The role combines technical markets work with strong communication skills to produce high-quality, advisor- and client-ready materials.
Responsibilities
- Structure investments and convert market views into actionable payoffs/trade ideas
- Produce high-quality investment idea content such as decks, one-pagers, and emails focused on structured products and derivatives
- Assist post-trade lifecycle monitoring by tracking observation dates, barriers/levels, and triggers and own corresponding outreach
- Liaise and partner with colleagues in Compliance, Legal, Operations and Management on a variety of projects
- Participate and drive business development initiatives, contribute to platform expansion and automation, and the introduction of new product lines
Basic Qualifications
- Strong interest in global markets, with demonstrated curiosity about derivatives and structured products
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce excellent client-ready materials
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple parallel deliverables under time pressure, with strong ownership and follow-through
- Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
