Job Description:
Job Title: Real Estate - Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
• End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
• Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant
properties.
• Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
• Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
• MS office
• Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
• A graduate from any discipline is preferred
• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
• Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
Desired Candidate Profile : 2 Wheeler is required as the work requires client meets.
