Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Surat. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, manage customer inquiries, coordinate sales orders, and ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also involve preparing sales reports, monitoring client accounts, and assisting with the execution of sales plans to meet company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
