ETL Tester

Develop, execute, and maintain ETL test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.

Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from multiple data sources into Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.

Perform data reconciliation by comparing source data with transformed and loaded data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Identify, document, and track defects in ETL pipelines and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.

Conduct regression testing to ensure changes do not impact existing workflows.

Perform performance testing to evaluate ETL efficiency under varying data loads.

Validate data mapping between source and target systems to ensure correct transformations.

Write and maintain automation scripts for repetitive ETL testing activities.

Participate in code reviews and suggest quality improvements.

Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and test results.

Support troubleshooting and debugging of data-related issues.

Collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
