This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Implementation Executive located in Kochi. The ERP Implementation Executive will be responsible for implementing software solutions, providing training, and ensuring seamless customer service in the software implementation process.

• Analytical Skills and Software Implementation experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in training and onboarding users
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications in ERP implementation would be a plus
