Job Title: Executive/Sr. Executive Implementation

Overview:

Looking for a proactive Executive/Sr. Executive to manage end-to-end implementation of

#HRIMS software. Role involves client coordination, software setup, training, support, and ensuring smooth go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and configure HRIMS as per client needs

2. Train users and provide ongoing support

3. Coordinate with clients and internal teams

4. Handle testing, data migration, and documentation

5. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's in #IT/CS/Business or related field

15 years experience in #implementation/support (HR tech preferred)

Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project handling skills

MS Office proficiency; SQL knowledge a plus willingness to travel if needed
