What you will ownEnterprise & Mid-Market Revenue
Own the full sales cycle: discovery solutioning commercial negotiation closure
Drive deals with multiple stakeholders (HR, TA, Ops, Finance, CXOs)
Strategic GTM Execution
Convert inbound + founder-led conversations into repeatable enterprise wins
Shape enterprise pricing, deal structures, and pilots
Account Expansion & Trust
Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers
Identify expansion opportunities across roles, geographies, and hiring volumes
Sales Product Feedback Loop
Translate enterprise objections, compliance needs, and buying signals into product inputs
Influence roadmap around security, workflows, integrations, and reporting
Enterprise Readiness
Help define enterprise sales collateral, ROI narratives, and proof points
Collaborate on case studies, procurement documentation, and buying enablement
510 years of B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales experience
Proven experience selling to:
CHROs, Heads of Talent, HR Ops, Business Leaders
Comfortable with:
Longer sales cycles
Multi-threaded stakeholder management
Value-based and ROI-led selling
Strong at:
Discovery conversations
Navigating objections, security, and procurement
Structuring pilots and enterprise rollouts
Experience selling HRTech / SaaS / Workflow / AI platforms is a strong plus
