About the Role
Xperteez Technology is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead high-value B2B enterprise sales across multiple geographies. This is a front-end, revenue-owning role where you will manage the complete enterprise sales lifecyclefrom strategic account mapping and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
You will engage directly with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers, delivering solution-led, consultative sales strategies to close large ticket enterprise deals across industries including IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, and allied sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive B2B enterprise sales strategy and revenue generation
Close high-value deals across IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education & allied sectors
Understand client hierarchies, buying behavior, and business challenges
Convert target accounts into long-term enterprise customers
Client Acquisition & HuntingOwn the end-to-end sales cycleprospecting, pitching, negotiation & closure
Build strong relationships with CXOs, senior leadership & key influencers
Collaborate with Legal, Operations & Delivery teams for seamless closures
Market Intelligence & Research
Perform enterprise account mapping within assigned geography
Track market trends, competitors, deal wins/losses
Conduct detailed pre-sales research & due diligence
Provide feedback on solution positioning & market demand
Sales Process & Reporting
Implement a structured, solution-selling framework
Maintain accurate CRM, sales pipeline & forecasting reports
Share regular insights on performance, risks & opportunities
Commercials & Negotiation
Lead pricing, commercials & contract negotiations
Ensure win-win agreements with enterprise clients
Desired Competencies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Experience Requirements
4+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Proven track record of closing large ticket deals (25 Lakhs+)
Experience in Employee Transportation Solutions, Software Sales, Networking/Telecom, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, or similar enterprise solutions preferred
