Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager in Mumbai. You will be responsible for Enterprise sales, sales solutioning and presentations, enterprise lead generation, and overseeing the sales team's performance. This role requires on-ground sales experience, strong solutioning skills and an understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise real estate sector.
- Close deals with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Pipeline Building & Lead Generation:
- Independently build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel to successful closure.
Solutioning & Industry Expertise:
- Understand client's business challenges and requirements.
- Provide customized CRM solutions that address specific client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
On-Ground Sales Activities:
- Engage in field sales by conducting client visits and face-to-face meetings.
- Present product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer success.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or real estate solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline independently.
- Experience with on-ground sales and willingness to travel within the Mumbai region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
