Role Overview

Salesable is looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth by acquiring and expanding large enterprise clients. This role requires a proven closer who can engage CXOs and senior decision-makers across Technology and Financial Services companies, and convert relationships into revenue.

You will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline creation to deal closure, and play a key role in shaping the company's enterprise GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive new business acquisition across large enterprise accounts (>$100M revenue companies)
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

CXO Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build and leverage relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Sales Leaders
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes and multiple stakeholders
  • Position Salesable as a strategic partner, not just a vendor

Pipeline Development & Deal Execution

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
  • Lead high-value deal negotiations and commercial structuring
  • Work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients

Market & Industry Focus

  • Focus on Technology and Financial Services sectors
  • Leverage existing network to accelerate deal cycles
  • Identify new opportunities within target industries

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align on client needs
  • Ensure smooth handover and successful onboarding of new clients
  • Provide market feedback to refine offerings and GTM strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 12–18 years of experience in enterprise / B2B sales
  • Strong track record of closing large deals with enterprises ($100M+ revenue companies)
  • Experience selling into Technology and/or Financial Services sectors
  • Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
  • Existing network of enterprise relationships that can be leveraged
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and high ownership roles
