The Branch Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at our branch. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong ties with existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and demonstrate a track record of successful relationship management.
