Account Executive Enterprise

Location: India (Hybrid/Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive to own end-to-end revenue generation across Enterprise and SMB segments. This role is suited for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in high-performance environments, take ownership of pipeline creation, and are motivated by both financial success and rapid career progression.

You will be responsible for new business acquisition, building qualified pipeline independently, engaging senior decision-makers, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

This is an opportunity for individuals aspiring to grow into Sales Leadership roles within 23 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outbound efforts alongside SDR and marketing support.
  • Identify, map, and target high-value accounts for new business acquisition.
  • Engage C-level and VP-level stakeholders through structured discovery-led selling.
  • Conduct effective discovery conversations to identify business problems and align solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene using CRM tools.
  • Deliver predictable revenue performance aligned with quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success teams.
  • Leverage modern sales and AI tools to improve productivity and conversion outcomes.

  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders (C-level, VP-level).
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stack, such as:
  • Gong
  • Clari
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce (or equivalent CRM platforms)
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, communication, or deal execution.
  • Strong discovery-led sales methodology.

Success Indicators (What We Will Validate During Hiring)

Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate:

  • Weekly meeting generation driven personally (excluding SDR/marketing-sourced meetings).
  • Number of accounts mapped and targeted per quarter.
  • Outbound prospecting volume and approach.
  • Consistent maintenance of 3x pipeline coverage against quota.
  • Personal ownership of executive-level prospecting.
  • Structured discovery as the first step in the sales process.
  • Quota achievement history across the last four quarters (with absolute quota numbers).
