Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced English Teachers to teach students from Grades 3 to 8. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons in an interactive and student-friendly manner, using digital tools and age-appropriate pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online English classes for students in Grades 3 to 8.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
- Use creative teaching strategies to build strong foundational skills in grammar, reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure discipline and participation during sessions.
- Collaborate with curriculum teams to align teaching methods with learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (school or ed-tech).
- Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in online teaching is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong classroom (virtual and physical) management skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, whiteboard apps).
- Creative thinking and child-centric approach.
- Ability to adapt content to varied learning levels.
Work Mode:
- Full Work from Home (WFH) For candidates preferring remote work.
- Full Work from Office (WFO) Office Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
